Having Tough Conversations


We all experience tough conversations and many like to avoid them. Any conversation can be viewed as difficult if we feel our self-esteem is implicated, the issues at stake are important and the outcome is not known. When we care deeply about what is being discussed or the person the conversation may get even more challenging. This training session will help us focus on understanding conversations and making sure they are productive.
